Chicken Recipe For Easy Dinner

One-Pan Garlic Butter Chicken and Vegetables

Ingredients:

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
2 tablespoons olive oil
3 tablespoons butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1 teaspoon dried rosemary
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 pound baby potatoes, halved
1 cup baby carrots
1 cup green beans, trimmed
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions:

Preheat the Oven:

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

Season the Chicken:

In a small bowl, mix the thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
Rub the chicken breasts with olive oil and season both sides with the herb mixture.

Sear the Chicken:

In a large ovenproof skillet, melt 1 tablespoon of butter over medium-high heat.
